The Intercultural Campus was founded in 2004 by the members of University Association of Intercultural Studies (Hochschulverbands für Interkulturelle Studien - IKS). It is supervised by the Department of Intercultural Business Communication at the University of Jena, Germany.
The wordwide network for intercultural learning ist currently composed of 65 universities from 25 countries. Lecturers and students work together on various digital projects about intercultural topics: lecture series, presentations, simulation games etc.
